This season, we deliberately slowed things down.
We didn’t rush maturity,
and we didn’t chase market timing.
Instead, we spent more time observing:
changes in soil moisture,
root development underground,
and signals from the leaves above.
Once we slowed the pace, the difference became clear.
Growth underground became more even,
tuber shapes more stable,
and during storage, texture and flavor evolved more smoothly.
Slower doesn’t mean less efficient.
It means allowing each stage
to fully complete what it is meant to do.
This may not be the “smartest” way to grow,
but it is the most grounded one.
